To All Our Retail Customers:

SEW TRUE is shutting down our retail division and website. 20 years ago we decided to sell the many wholesale products we carry in single unit retail quantities. Unfortunately, we have come to a point where we can no longer ship retail orders in a timely manner, and this is not fair to you, whose business we value. Over the past two years, we have found that many of the manufacturers who produce the items we sell have been cutting back. Consequently, this has slowed down our bulk purchases deliveries from them … the backbone of our retail line. We simply cannot replenish inventory within a reasonable time frame to fulfill the quick response needs of our retail customers who order from our website.

The Good News:

We have been in business for 50 years and still enjoy a dynamic wholesale business that continues to grow. For those of you who are able to order in bulk quantity in advance, we hope to accommodate your needs. We are here every day during business hours to take your calls and answer your e mails. Hopefully we can continue to serve many of you as wholesale customers. We seek to deal with you on a personal level, and our sales department is prepared to speak with you directly in an effort to continue supplying you with our high quality products. This Fall we will have a new catalog website featuring the wholesale product line, with price and quantity descriptions. Orders will not be able to be placed on this new website, it will be informational only.

We have already spoken with many of you and are gratified that you wish to continue doing business with Sew True under a different platform.
